International Maritime Organisation, Summer Works Programme
KPS successfully tendered and procured a multi-discipline summer works programme at the prestigious International Maritime Organisation, IMO, building on the Embankment in London.
The project included glazing repairs and replacements, water tank upgrade works and an LED lighting
Conquest Hospital – Staff Welfare Refurbishment
KPS completed the refurbishment of staff welfare facilities at Conquest Hospital in St Leonards-on-Sea, delivering upgraded kitchen and toilet areas within a live healthcare environment.
The project involved the full strip-out and replacement of existing finishes, services and fixtures, alongside new electrical, plumbing and fit out works completed
Environment Agency Osney Mead Depot, Oxford
KPS was appointed to deliver compliance and accessibility upgrade works at the Environment Agency’s Osney Mead Depot in Oxford.
The project included emergency lighting upgrades throughout the building, alongside the installation of a new accessible toilet and first aid room.
APHA Aston Down Security Upgrade Programme
KPS delivered critical security upgrade works at APHA Aston Down in Stroud, Gloucestershire, supporting a long-term government client with essential improvements to site security and welfare facilities.
The site required investment to bring key areas up to current security and welfare standards.
DWP CSI Security Upgrade Framework
KPS was selected to support a major security upgrade framework for a key government department, delivering works across multiple sites throughout the South East.
The programme involved initial site surveys, cost planning and the delivery of enabling works to support security contractor cabling installations.
Surrey County Council, Woodhatch Headquarters Welfare Upgrade
KPS was appointed by Surrey County Council to deliver welfare upgrade works at Woodhatch Headquarters in Reigate.
The project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of toilet facilities and tea points across multiple floors, improving dated and failing areas of the building while supporting compliance,
